Hydra-Flex Aqua-Lab CS1 Triple Foam

Easily add or enhance a triple foam applicator in your tunnel/conveyor car wash. The Aqua-Lab CS1 Triple Foam ties into the signal from your master controller to dispense chemical for any arch up to 5 GPM. The all-in-one, compact CS1 Arch unit is simple to install, easy to use, and can be used to replace up to three mixing tanks or dosing pumps to get all the benefits of a full Aqua-Lab system. Individual injectors and air regulators allow complete customization of your triple foam applicator.

The CS1 Triple Foam unit is pre-wired and plumbed for water, air, and chemical control. Includes (1) pneumatic actuated water valve, (1) air valve, (3) air regulators with (3) pressure gauges, (1) 5 GPM pump, (1) 1 HP Motor, (1) Triple Foam Manifold, (3) Chem-Flex injectors, and (1) mounting panel. Operates on 120V/15A power.
